How to achieve Kylie Jenner’s Post-Baby Body

Despite hiding from the media for the duration of her pregnancy, Kylie is now back with a vengeance. Apart from regular updates on her Instagram and Snapchat, and a cute peek at baby Stormi’s face, exactly one month after having her baby, Jenner decidedly took to Snapchat to share a video of her post-baby body, wearing only black string bikini bottoms and a black t-shirt.

Since giving birth last month, Kylie Jenner has pretty much steered clear of social media, only posting a few small snippets of her daughter Stormi to Snapchat. However, exactly one month after having her baby, Jenner decidedly took to Snapchat to share a video of her post-baby body, wearing only black string bikini bottoms and a black t-shirt.

Considering how frequently Jenner used to be on social media pre-baby we can’t help but think that this new post might indicate that Jenner will be making more frequent returns to her social channels. Only time will tell.

1. Diet

When it comes to eating healthy, don’t knock this until you have tried it. Dr Low Chai Ling, from SW1 Clinic, advises her patients to cut back on sugars and starches (carbs).

“These are the foods that stimulate secretion of insulin the most. If you didn’t know already, insulin is the main fat storage hormone in the body. When insulin goes down, fat has an easier time getting out of the fat stores and the body starts burning fats instead of carbs” she says.

Another benefit of lowering insulin is that your kidneys shed excess sodium and water out of your body, which reduces bloat and unnecessary water weight. It is not uncommon to lose up to 10 pounds (sometimes more) in the first week of eating this way, both body fat and water weight.

In a study comparing low-carb and low-fat diets in overweight/obese women, the low-carb group is eating until fullness, while the low-fat group is calorie restricted and hungry. Yet final results show a greater weight loss in the low-carb group.

“Cut the carbs, lower your insulin and you will start to eat less calories automatically and without hunger” advises Dr Low. “Put simply, lowering your insulin puts fat loss on “autopilot””.

2. Cryolipolysis

Cryolipolysis is a nonsurgical technique for localized fat reduction using cold energy. In 1970, doctors coined the term popsicle panniculitis after reporting transient fat necrosis in the cheek of an infant who had been sucking on a popsicle. Initially described in infants, cold-induced panniculitis has also been observed in adult patients. These observations led to the concept that lipid-rich tissues are more susceptible to cold injury than the surrounding water-rich tissue. With these historical observations in mind, cryolipolysis was developed for localized fat reduction in 2007. This technique is performed by applying an applicator to the targeted area set at a specific cooling temperature for a preset period of time. This targets fat cells while sparing the skin, nerves, vessels, and muscles.

Women who have just given birth know that even with weight loss, stubborn pockets of fat will change their figure forever. 3. Tighten skin

If you are choosing a generic platform or shortchanging on the number of shots, you can possibly get this at a cheaper price but will not attain similar results.
